Return Exchange Policy

Overview

Our returns exchange policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any exchange. The online exchange process on average takes 10-15 working days.

To be eligible for a returns exchange , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Policy

Prior to shipment, each item undergoes an exhaustive inspection. Any item that is still discovered to be damaged or faulty can be exchanged by contacting our customer care team at +44 7375 610355.

MAU Cat Totes is only responsible for exchanging products within 3 days of the delivery date. Items that are claimed for exchange within 3 days are not permissible.

All adjustments will be made through a bank transfer and will only apply to the product value, not any shipping charges that may have been incurred.

Delivery charges will be incurred for the exchanged order in the event that a product is exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund exchange will be processed, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Order Cancellation

The customer has the right to cancel the order at any time before its processing.

MAU Cat Totes reserves the right to terminate orders for a variety of reasons, including the following: the item is out of stock, pricing errors, the article is found to be defective during quality control, or the issuing financial institution declines the credit/debit card payment.
